  • Retomar e ampliar programas como Mais Médicos, Farmácia Popular, Saúde da Família, SAMU, Brasil Sorridente, a Rede de Atenção Psicossocial (com os CAPS III e Residências Terapêuticas) e a Rede de Atenção às Pessoas com Deficiência;
  • Criar a rede de Clínicas de Especialidades Médicas, em todas as regiões de saúde, que articularão a atenção básica com cuidados especializados para atender a demanda de consultas, exames e cirurgias de média complexidade;
  • Fortalecer a regionalização dos serviços de saúde com a criação da rede de Clínicas de Especialidades Médicas em todas as regiões de saúde;
  • Atuar fortemente na área da promoção da saúde, com políticas regulatórias e tributárias (tabaco, sal, gorduras, açúcares, agrotóxicos etc);
  • Implementar o prontuário eletrônico.

Geraldo Alckmin (PSDB)

  • Digitalizar dados, implantar um cadastro único de todos os usuários do SUS e criar um prontuário eletrônico com o histórico médico de cada paciente;
  • Ampliar o Programa Saúde da Família e incorporar a ele mais especialidades;
  • Criar um programa de credenciamento de ambulatórios e hospitais “amigos do idoso”;
  • Fomentar ações voltadas à prevenção da gravidez precoce, adotando estratégias educativas de sensibilização de adolescentes e apoio integral no caso de gestação.

Jair Bolsonaro (PSL)

  • Criar o Prontuário Eletrônico Nacional. Para isso, os postos, ambulatórios e hospitais devem ser informatizados com todos os dados do atendimento, além de registrar o grau de satisfação do paciente ou do responsável;
  • Implementar o Credenciamento Universal dos Médicos. O instrumento permitirá que toda força de trabalho da saúde poderá ser utilizada pelo SUS e que todo médico brasileiro poderá atender a qualquer plano de saúde;
  • Romper o acordo com Cuba, permitindo que os médicos cubanos do Programa Mais Médicos permanecessem no Brasil exercendo a profissão, caso aprovados no Revalida;
  • Criar a carreira de Médico de Estado, para atender as áreas remotas e carentes do Brasil;
  • Treinar os agentes comunitários de saúde para se tornarem técnicos de saúde preventiva;
  • Estabelecer nos programas neonatais em todo o país a visita ao dentista pelas gestantes;
  • Incluir profissionais de Educação Física no Programa de Saúde da Família.
